Supporting Students' Mental Health

BeWell Therapy Collaborates partners with a few local schools to offer School-based mental health services to offer on-site support to address students' emotional and behavioral needs, improving their well-being and academic success. These services include counseling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with school staff to create a supportive environment and reduce barriers to care.

Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

  • How much is my deductible and how much of it has been met this year?

  • What is my copay for outpatient mental health visits?

  • Is this coverage applicable before or after I met my deductible?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • Is approval or referral for mental health services required from my primary care physician?

  • Are virtual outpatient mental health visits (or teletherapy) covered by my plan?

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
