Richelle Dowell is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in Coventry, RI, who specializes in supporting mothers navigating the profound pain of grief and loss. Her practice provides a safe, compassionate space for clients to sit with their grief and begin to process their loss through Attachment Informed Grief Therapy (AIGT). Richelle’s work is grounded in the belief that connection and understanding are essential to healing, and she walks alongside her clients as they find meaning, hope, and self-compassion in the midst of sorrow.

Richelle has received advanced training from the Selini Institute in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders following the loss of a child, as well as certification from the MISS Foundation as Compassionate Bereavement Care Practitioner for individuals and families grieving a traumatic or unexpected death. Her specialized education allows her to support those experiencing the devastating impact of pregnancy and infant loss, stillbirth, or the sudden death of a loved one.
