Natasha Mitchner-Soares is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and communities on their paths to healing and growth. She’s passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.

Throughout her career, Natasha has worked across child welfare, residential placement coordination, hospital and outpatient programs, and community-based services—always with a trauma-informed, collaborative approach that honors each person’s unique story.

In addition to her clinical work, Natasha teaches and mentors emerging clinicians as an adjunct professor and develops accessible, narrative-based resources for underrepresented communities. Her work is grounded in clarity, compassion, and integrity, helping clients move forward with confidence, care, and connection.
